Buildings, Sites Win for Designs
Splat Paint's contribution to the Centro Place Apartments near Ybor City was noted this month at the 24th annual Community Design Awards for Outstanding Contribution to the Community in the area of Adaptive Reuse.
We created and applied the finishes in the dome and vestibule of the Centro Place Apartments club house. The former historic hospital site now offers affordable housing for the elderly.
